Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - 3-Year and 4-Year BCA (Hons.)
The 3-year BCA and 4-year BCA (Hons.) programs at BSDU provide strong foundations in computer science, programming, database systems, web and mobile application development, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and software engineering principles.
The curriculum integrates hands-on laboratory practice, real-world projects, internships, digital and AI literacy, and industry exposure. Students develop problem-solving abilities, software development skills, teamwork capabilities, and professional ethics required for modern IT environments.
Duration: 3-year and 4-year BCA (Hons.)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 any stream
- Subject Requirements: Mathematics / Computer Science preferred
- Minimum Marks: 50% aggregate (best 5 subjects)
Selection Procedure: Merit / Entrance / Counselling as per BSDU

- 2 years of ITI after 10th or Equivalent or,
- Diploma holder entitled for lateral entry admission
