Bachelor in Furniture Design and Manufacturing

The Woodworking Skills Education Program offers an industry-integrated curriculum aligned with the Swiss Dual Vocational Education system, combining hands-on training with academic learning.

Students develop expertise in crafting furniture, interior fittings, cabinets, tables, and modular kitchens. This approach ensures graduates are well-prepared and industry-ready for woodworking careers.

Crafting wood with hand tools and handy machine

This course provides hands-on training in woodworking with hand tools and  portable machines. Graduates will be skilled in reading technical drawings, crafting wood joints, safely operating machinery, and executing independent  woodworking projects.

Duration: 18 Days

Eligibility Criteria:

Selection Procedure: Entrance Exam followed by a personal interview.

CNC machinist in furniture industry

This short course trains learners in operating and programming CNC machines specifically for woodworking. Graduates gain practical experience in CNC production, enabling precise and efficient wood processing.

Furniture maker foreman

This short course provides learners with essential skills in AutoCAD for creating furniture-specific drawings. Participants gain hands-on experience in 2D drafting, isometric drafting, 3D modelling, and production drawings, building proficiency in furniture design.

Product development and design using PYTHA

This short course trains learners to use Pytha software for creating furniture-specific drawings, providing hands-on experience in 3D modeling, generating BOMs, and producing detailed production drawings.

Apart from this he has also worked with various Automobile service industry for more than 15 years and during this undergone various trainings including Maruti Udyog Ltd, Ashok Leyland Etc.
